BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Currently, Beyond The Hard Hat is recruiting potential Board Members to serve on the Board of Directors beginning in 2025. The selection process will be both strategic and intentional to engage individuals who share the organization’s mission, are individuals with a history of servitude within similar programs, and who are diverse in their perspectives.
We will identify and conduct assessments of potential officers, directors, and/or trustees to ensure they have the capacity to serve, the passion and determination to advocate for our mission, and lastly, the skills and experience required to lead and be a voice for our programs.
Updates on the recruitment process are forthcoming as we work to select prospective board members that best support our mission and priorities in serving the community.
