The 12-week training will provide a broad range of curricula and industry recognized credentialling. Coursework will provide individuals  with career pathways, skills basics, and trades essential knowledge to apply within the construction industry and beyond.

BEYOND THE BLUEPRINT workshops are aimed at providing basic and specialized knowledge about effectively preparing for careers in the construction industry and pathways to entrepreneurship.   These workshops are efforts to provide instruction on how to expand career opportunities, advance career readiness and employability, and enhance the fundamentals of essential life skills.  

Our MIDAS TOUCH MENTORING and BuildHER programs are offered to provide mentoring relationships and support focused on women in construction.

The Professional Matchmaking events perform as networking events, traditional career fairs, and mentoring opportunities for corporate partners and program graduates to meet in hopes of finding the perfect career fit. 

Annual conferences will reconnect program participants and corporate partners to ensure professional relationships  and long-term career allies are maintained. 

K-12 Academies offer students space to explore interests in careers aligned with Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM) and skilled professions.  Introducing these teachings  early are critical fostering critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, and curiosity.

The program provides  school-aged students with the opportunity to build interest and exposure to real-world trade and STEM careers.

Fundraising and community events are centered around advocating the organization’s mission and providing opportunities to convene, discuss, and examine industry and community-related topics.
