Beyond the Hard hat is not a charity - it's a pathway to clarity.

 Provides career seeking individuals access to specified training in skilled trade professions. 

Individuals will have access to a broad range of curricula and industry recognized credentialling. Training will provide individuals  with career pathways, skills basics, and trades essential knowledge to apply within the construction industry and beyond.

BEYOND THE BLUEPRINT workshops are aimed at preparing individuals for careers in the construction industry, providing pathways to entrepreneurship, and opportunities to continue education for emerging/small businesses.  

Our programs advance career readiness and employability, support financial literacy, and enhance fundamental life skills.  

Career Connections and Professional Matchmaking events  help align new talent in the industry to opportunities with corporate partners in hopes of finding the perfect career fit. 

MIDAS TOUCH MENTORING and BuildHER programs are focused on fostering industry-specific mentoring relationships and support focused on women in construction. 

NextGen Trades (K-12 Academies) offer students space to explore interests in education aligned with Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM) and skilled professions.  Students will build interest and  gain exposure to real-world trade and STEM careers.

Fundraising and community driven events address socio-economic disparities (housing insecurity, food access, financial barriers, etc.) and create environments to convene, discuss, and examine industry and community-related issues. 

 TOOLBOX TALKS are designed to spark meaningful conversations with industry professionals to inspire, inform and empower students exploring careers in the construction and industrial trades.
